Subha Venkatesan is an Indian athlete from Thiruvembur, Trichy, Tamil Nadu. She will represent India as a part of the 4X400 mixed relay in the 2021 Tokyo Olympics. Subha comes from a poor family, her father Venkatesan working as a construction worker and her mother Poongodi is a housewife.
She is the 3rd daughter in her family. She started her athletic career at very young age. During her school days she won many state and national titles. This 21-year-old athlete has qualified for a mixed relay in Olympics 2021 along with Revathi Veeramani, and Dhanalakshmi Sekar. Chief Minister M.K.Stalin announced an incentive of Rs.5 Lakhs to each Olympic participant from Tamil Nadu.
