Vidya Pradeep is an Indian actress and model who predominantly appears in South Indian movies and Tv Serials. She is a research scientist by profession and actress by her interest. She was well knwon for her films like Thadam (2019), Iravukku Aayiram Kangal (2018), Saivam (2014), and Pasanga 2 (2015).
She appeared in the music video for AR Rahman’s “Aa Bhi Jaa” from his studio album Raunaq alongside Yami Gautam and several other models. She was identified by Tamil Director A.L.Vijay and gave her an opportunity in her debut in Tamil movie, Saivam (2014) she played the role of Sara Arjun’s Mother. She made her debut in Kannada movie Bangara s/o Bangarada Manushya (2017) opposite Shivarajkumar.
Vidya Pradeep pursued her PhD at an eye hospital in Chennai. As a research scientist, Vidya works on stem cell biology and her research work was published in the International Journal of Cell Therapy.
